Come engage in deep-dive conversations around the DEI topics that matter most today. It’s been more than a year of conversations and awareness around the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities and the challenges that continue to be experienced. There remains, however, a proverbial “Bamboo Ceiling” for AAPI individuals still challenged by underrepresentation and lack of inclusion and voice in visible and critical industry leadership positions.
