Elaiza Shepherd is the Director of Business Development, Sales & Marketing for The 180 Group, Inc. one of the premier production companies in the meeting, events, and show industry. Specializing in virtual, hybrid, and in-person events of all sizes, Elaiza ensures every clients' needs are met with integrity and results.
Born from the islands of the Philippines and raised in the cities of Minnesota - Elaiza Shepherd has a natural niche when it comes to building relationships and personable marketing. She has been a part of successful programs in numerous industries such as; finance, insurance, real estate, fitness, fashion, sports, trade shows, and more. Elaiza, a former Miss Minnesota 2012 has been a member of the meetings and events industry for five years and has had the opportunity to work with industry leaders within numerous MPI communities.
In addition to being a member of the MPI DEI Committee, Elaiza is the current Social Media Co-Chair for the MPI Minnesota chapter and is a member of the Finance and Insurance Advisory Committee.
