Carolynn spent over fifteen years in global event and meeting planning; organizing everything from a small business launch to corporate events on a global scale for 22,000 attendees. Today Carolynn is the CEO of CADAZO Consulting Group, women and minority-owned business that is evolving the meetings and events industry by facilitating inclusion and diversity conversations across the meeting and events partner ecosystem. Carolynn lives east of Kansas City, Missouri on twenty acres of land with her family and her first grand-furbaby, Ms. Marvelle."
