1 Clock Hour | Domain G: Meeting or Event Design

This session will present a novel approach to participatory meeting design that is based on the sciences of dramaturgy and adult learning. Numerous examples will be showcased and participants will get the opportunity to apply this approach to their next meeting design.

Learning Objectives:

Understand the relevance of applying dramaturgy and adult learning to meeting design and use that to introduce participant involvement in your future meetings.
Apply five basic design principles to develop concrete ideas on how to do things differently.
Develop a meeting design of your own, based on these new approaches.
