Mandi Graziano has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and conference operations in the hospitality business more than twenty years. She is currently Vice President of Global Accounts for HPN Global, Founder of Facetime Coaching Company, & a Best Selling Author.

Her award-winning physical and audiobook Sales Tales: The Hustle, Humor and Lessons from a Life in Sales hit the charts at Amazon #1 Best Seller, #1 New Release, #1 Best Seller in Travel/Tourism in 2021. Mandi has run her own sales and business growth coaching company since 2007. As founder of Facetime Coaching Company, she helps individuals and companies grow as humans first, then better salespeople and entrepreneurs. Her high energy and custom coaching sessions provoke people to best manage their time, inspire creative selling tactics, and be impactful leaders.

She teaches Site Selection & Contract Negotiation at San Diego State University and is a board member for the California Hotel & Lodging Association Hospitality Foundation.

In Mandi’s spare time she loves a good bike path and spin class. She also loves to spend time with her Goldendoodle Luca and husband Scooter. She volunteers when she can for Junior Achievement, San Diego Bike Coalition and MPI SCC.
