Lorna started her career in retail, progressed into the hospitality and event management industry, before changing her route and moving into consultancy; assessing and advising organizations against a range of business improvement / quality Standards. Currently, she is a Commercial Lead with Excellence Squared Limited – providing organizations with a strategic approach to managing the assessment against Standards, which include matrix, Merlin, Customer Service Excellence, etc. The role also includes undertaking research into top performing organizations and designing Standards to meet organization and industry needs. More recently she has undertaken a quality assurance role, which includes the development of assessors and advisors to deliver the service within the UK and North America.
