Kim Napolitano, Executive Director, Industry Relations and Intermediary Group Sales in Hilton Worldwide Sales, Americas leads a team of eight sales professionals focused on being the most sought-after sales partner in hospitality while ensuring Hilton remains a trusted advisor to our clients worldwide. She is responsible for department revenue generation to the Hilton Enterprise, developing, optimizing, and controlling Hilton's group preferred partnership agreements, and understanding the business and trends impacting the enterprise, hotels, and our customers. During the peak of COVID, Kim received her certification as a master practitioner of energetic medicine through the Four Winds Society. Her goal is to bring greater consciousness into boardrooms and ballrooms worldwide. She is passionate about filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality as she builds tomorrow's leaders today and brings greater consciousness and mindfulness to every boardroom and ballroom worldwide. She is a graduate of Radford University, is married to her college sweetheart, Michael, and has three adult children in their young 20's. She loves her Peloton, and during the pandemic, she became a Master Practitioner of Energetic Medicine.
