Jen’s career has straddled academia and industry for almost 20 years, working in cultural heritage tourism across North East England and studying the subject to doctoral level. Her research, teaching and practice in events management involves communities and corporates, with particular focus on motivation, emotional intelligence, stakeholder engagement and leadership.
