Women in the workplace often face the stereotype of being "intimidating" when they display traits such as assertiveness and confidence. This stereotype can be damaging to women's careers and contribute to a hostile work environment. In this session, we will explore how to overcome this stereotype and create a workplace culture that values diverse leadership styles.Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how misogyny, misogynoir, and stereotypes impact the industry, as well as concrete strategies for creating a more equitable workplace culture.
