Too many conference experiences lack depth and authenticity. Rather than meaningful exchanges, they deliver unrelated, amusement park-type thrills that quickly evaporate. Instead of focusing on superficial “wow,” learn how to design and foster four deep (4D) experiences: deep learning, deep play, deep reflection and deep connections.
