Planning and staging global meetings outside the United States is fraught with negotiating, legal and financial pitfalls. Professional meeting and convention organizers must understand the issues and solutions in four key areas (Negotiating, Contracting, Currency usage, Complying with Privacy regulations) when planning international meetings.
