Not for Clock Hour Credit

When meaningful stories are told—and heard—they can transform communities, individuals and companies. In collaboration with Dear World, we will provide a transformative experience that centers around the stories and voices of YOU, our community. Dear World is a tool that connects people through their meaningful stories and helps individuals find purpose to create a sense of connection and belonging with the world around them.

On Sunday afternoon, this 3-day experience will kick off with Dear World storytellers Fresh Johnson and Robert Fogarty, who will set the scene. They’ll invite you to get actively involved by learning the tools to tell your own Dear World story and take a beautiful portrait to show for it. Hear powerful—and maybe even unexpected—stories from members of the MPI community. Get ready for a powerful shared, possibly transformational experience. Get ready for Dear World.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn to create a transformative experience to connect people through their meaningful stories in order to create a sense of connection and belonging within your community.
  • Learn to align and humanize personal and professional values with the stories of your community.
  • Hear stories from members of the MPI community that you may not have expected to hear, and possibly tell your own. You will get your very own Dear World portrait taken as a powerful memento of the shared experience.
