Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is not about certificates and labels. It's the answer to the question: "What makes your company necessary to society?"

Learning Objectives:

  • To obtain tools (such as the new international guidance for CSR ISO 26000) for recognizing your social responsibility and your stakeholders (who are definitely not only your customers!)
  • Knowing how to implement real CSR in your business, starting from the board room
  • To share practices that are already at work in your business but without being aware of it and to know how to start from here, instead of blindly pursuing ‘green’ labels
