This session walks through the typical lifecycle of an event and looks at simple steps that can be applied to create a LEAN event planning process.

I would like to provide a recommendation when having a dialogue back and forth with attendees, if the speaker could repeat the answer back into the microphone or provide mics for the audience, you lose some important points but not being able to hear the entire presentation. Thank you!
