Basics Boot Camp 1: Meeting Planning Coursing & Strategy is a three-hour program designed for people who are responsible for planning meetings and events but may not have any formal training. Basics Boot Camp Part 1 will give you a strong foundation of core skills needed to plan your next meeting or event. Basics Boot Camp is divided into two parts each 3 hours in length. Attendees of Parts 1 and 2 will receive a certificate.
Learner outcomes:
Define meeting goals and SMART objectives
Identify meeting stakeholders
Develop a meeting budget
Create a meeting blueprint
Manage the RFP process
Conduct site inspections
Assess potential risks
Select vendors
Develop contracts
