So, in addition to racism, micro-aggressions and other workplace challenges, we have had to re-set ourselves in the industry overall. Join this panel of global hospitality leaders to discuss the status of Blacks/African-Americans in the meeting industry. Learn what can be done to improve the low percentages of Black professionals who are gaining top-level positions. Learn how racism has impacted the panelists and how they have moved beyond the written diversity/DEI policies that are posted by many companies but not implemented.
