Arjan Appel

Arjan Appel is Executive Director of the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery and has worked in the medical meeting industry for over 25 years. He is the founder of a professional congress organising agency specialised in the organisation of (inter)national association congresses for continuous medical education that was successfully acquired in 2013. The connecting of people and sharing of knowledge is the key to Arjan's career. In 2015 he became co-owner of the event and community app Networkapp and is still connected to it as advisor. Arjan is a guest lecturer at Stenden University for the elective course conference management.
