Tes is currently serving as President of the SITE AFRICA Chapter (Society of Incentive Travel Excellence) and was the first Chairperson for the South Africa Events Council. She founded Crystal Events Africa DMC in 2009 and runs incentive groups, conferences and luxury groups across the continent.
She is also a proud recipient of a SITE Crystal Award for Best Motivational Programme in Africa/Middle East and the Kevin Forde 2020 Spirit Award.
