Tammy Routh is responsible for leading Marriott’s Global Sales Organization which is comprised of over 400 sales professionals around the world. These teams are focused on managing the strategic business relationships with Marriott’s largest and most highly valued B2B customers and business partners. With a career spanning over 37 years, Tammy has held numerous leadership positions at Marriott. Before stepping into her current role, Tammy was the Vice President of Global Sales for North America. Tammy spent the first nine years with Marriott working in on-property operations and sales. She then moved into the Global Sales Organization and has held leadership roles dedicated to accounting management since 2007. Tammy is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) including the Allied Leadership Council, Meeting Planner International’s International Board of Directors, American Express Lodging Partner Council, and the Events Industry Council COVID-19 Business Recovery taskforce and EIC’s Equity taskforce.
