Noelle San Jose is GPJ's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager. A second-generation Filipino American, Noelle has been passionate about bringing DEI to business since earning her MBA from Simmons College. Fueled by her experiences as a DEI recruitment manager, board chair of ASPIRE, a non-profit organization for Asian American women in Boston, and experience strategist for the agency, Noelle established GPJ's first Employee Resource Group (ERG) for multicultural employees, specifically addressing the Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) experience. Throughout 2020, Noelle led company-wide initiatives to address and educate GPJ communities on empathy and equity, partnering with leadership, which then led to her current role. When not working on DEI, Noelle enjoys spending time with her South Central LA community, learning more about her Filipino culture (especially through food) and being with her family and rescue pets (2 cats and 1 dog).
