Jherica Rhodes

Jherica Rhodes is the Coordinator of Learning Programs for the MPI Academy, where she leads and advances MPI’s professional development courses, managing MPI’s learning management platform, and speaker logistics.

Jherica has been a part of the meetings and events industry for 1 year. Within her short year of being a part of the MPI’s Academy team, she has hosted over a dozen webinars, certificates, and digital experiences. Before her role at MPI Jherica was a former college track coach. During this time Jherica discovered her passion for connecting with people. Jherica decided to leave coaching and explore the meetings and events industry. All while raising her handsome four-year-old son Jonah.

Jherica is looking forward to the evolution of the meetings and events industry.
