An Army Veteran & Self-proclaimed Doerpreneur, I am skilled in event management, consulting, speaking and writing on topics of Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.

I engage with leaders to operationalize Equity, Diversity & Inclusion assessments, resources and strategic action plans. I am an advocate for supplier diversity across the business ecosystem, ensuring that underrepresented professionals and companies in the hospitality, meetings, events and tourism industries are afforded access to professional development, procurement and sustainable opportunities that result in economic empowerment and sustainability.

Following twelve years of service in the U.S. Army, I am a detailed oriented, diligent, and persistent professional with logistical, innovative and managerial skills. I value authenticity, accountability and high capacity for emotional intelligence even during heightened moments of stress and discomfort.

I live for collaborating and engaging on team projects that are organized, goal oriented and embrace critique as a tool for sustained growth.

I am committed to changing the narrative around the perception and value of my community as a proud representative of the African Diaspora with roots in America and aspiration to explore the continent of my ancestors origins.

As a Certified Diversity Practitioner (CDP) with an M.S. in Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism, I appreciate education and plan to pursue a PhD with a foundation in human behavior beginning in 2023.

As co-founder of CADAZO Consulting Group, I am developing courses, content and workshops to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals - 2030 agenda. I am seeking clients, speaking engagements and a book publisher to guide my journey to becoming an author.

I yearn to strengthen my community of practitioners, educators, industry leaders and professionals that are committed to dismantling systems and decolonizing social attitudes, practices and operations.

Moreover, I am drawn to those that comprehend the strategic intersection between history, politics, economics, morality and human behavior that aids in developing the business case/ROI for Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.
