Dr. Chitra Anand is a doctoral researcher, innovation & culture change keynote speaker, professor, author and advisor to high growth companies. With over 20 years in the technology industry, Anand was head of PR, communications and corporate reputation for Microsoft Canada, Director of Marketing at TELUS Corporation and Director of Operations at Open Text. Chitra Anand has been named as a “bridge builder” for women in tech by the A-list, she is the author of the Green House Approach, a book about developing ground swell innovation from within organizations which is now a required read for the Forbes School of Business MBA program.

In 2020 Dr. Chitra Ananda received her PhD from Bradford University in the UK, has an MBA from the Kellogg School of management and was invited to be part of a think tank on COVID-19.
