Michael Garcia, CMP, has been with Meetings & Incentives Worldwide since 2011. In his current role as Vice President, Global Enterprise Solutions he provides guidance to a team of Strategic Account Managers on client focused solutions for strategic meeting management, business intelligence and client relations. Michael has worked in the meeting and hospitality industry for 20 years in a variety of roles for multiple third-party suppliers and corporate organizations. Previously at M&IW, he was a Strategic Account Manager servicing global customers in the consumer packaged food industry where he was responsible for SMM consulting and meeting service satisfaction. Prior to joining M&IW, Michael worked at Baxter where he was a member of the Medical Events team that developed process reforms for meetings attended by healthcare professionals. Michael lives in the Chicago area and attended Michigan State University. He received his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2008.
