Heather Mason

Heather Mason founded Caspian Agency in 2005. Her expertise in the innovation and social good business space has led to successful projects for world renowned organizations, from the Olympics to the Skoll Foundation, United Nations, and multiple billionaire clients.

Heather created the industry’s only proprietary approach to events as a scientific system, the Caspian 10 Essentials that’s taught internationally for clients including Oxford University, Swansea University, Kew Foundation and Impact 2030. Heather has also adapted the training program to be an online course so anyone can enjoy the successful, exciting and meaningful event management career they deserve.

Heather is a board member of Social Venture Circle (SVC), and is a frequent keynote speaker, MC and moderator, featured at CVENT Connect, Endeavor Global, and on several podcasts. She has also been named Top 500 Event Producers of 2018 by BizBash. She is a strategic advisor to the Women Founders Foundation.
