As training manager for quality and development at Maritz Travel Company, Kathryn is a passionate process improvement leader with finely-tuned management, customer service, sales and communication skills. It is her business mission to help those in the industry develop their skills, perform at a superior level, and be successful in the most efficient way possible. Over her nearly two decades in the Hospitality Industry she has planned, from Sales to Operation, meetings and incentives events for several fortune 500 companies and household names such as State Farm, Edward Jones, Mazda, Tupperware and Emerson Process Management. She has trained over 40 different class topics ranging from customer service, new technologies, logistics, program operations, financial management, and managing client relationships. She also enjoyed several years of leading the growth and expansion of a hotel and conference center to exceed their profitability goals as the director of sales. She also served on the St. Louis Area Chapter of MPI Board as director of monthly meetings.
