Molly Marsh has over 12 years of experience in association management, conferences, education, and program development. In her current capacity as AMR’s Director of Education and Engagement Design, she is responsible for helping associations use a design-based approach to planning all aspects of their conferences and events. From supporting individual speakers in their journey to develop innovative presentation styles to a comprehensive overhaul of conference design, Molly’s passion for purposeful, intentional and meaningful engagement shines through. As a recovering over-achiever, one of Molly’s greatest joys is helping associations, leaders and event organizers wade through the noise and distraction to find the right innovative solution for their needs.
