This will be a panel consisting of myself and two meeting professionals. We will actively encourage audience participation, soliciting their questions and their answers to our questions:
- Describe the difference in goals and mindset of an exhibitor vs a buyer at a trade show
- Provide an example of a successful contest or give-away at a booth
- What skills are most important to succeed as an exhibitor at a trade show?
- How should an exhibitor calculate ROI of attending a trade show?
- What are the pros and cons of hosted buyer programs? How would you improve them?
- Discuss optional marketing programs for exhibitors offered by trade show operators (newsletter ads, signage, sponsorships) What works the best?

- Challenge conventional solutions to marketing a booth and driving booth traffic
- Understanding buyers' expectations
- Reimagine tactics to follow up and measure results
