It’s been more than a year of conversations and awareness around the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities and the challenges that continue to be experienced. There remains, however, a proverbial “Bamboo Ceiling” for AAPI individuals still challenged by underrepresentation and lack of inclusion and voice in visible and critical industry leadership positions. Please join leading AAPI thought leaders and an ally in this important discussion to understand their experiences and to develop thinking and actions to learn to create inclusion for the AAPI and other underrepresented groups in our industry.
