Basics Boot Camp 1: Meeting Planning Sourcing & Strategy is a three-hour program designed for people who are responsible for planning meetings and events but may not have any formal training. Basics Boot Camp will give you a strong foundation of core skills needed to plan your next meeting or event. Basics Boot Camp is divided into two parts each 3 hours in length. A certificate will be issued for those who attend both.

• Manage the RFP process
• Conduct site inspections

• Select vendors
• Develop contracts
