Toni Williams

Toni joined Encore in October 2022 as the Sr. Manager Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In this newly created role, she is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the Company and overseeing the execution and operationalizing of its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy, and associated initiatives. Prior to joining Encore, Toni worked for energy giant Constellation (formerly Exelon) for 12.5 years supporting 34K employees and several business entities such as corporate, IT and Nuclear. While at Constellation (formerly Exelon), she held a variety of HR positions: Talent Management & DEI Manager, DEI Program Manager, HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Toni’s passion is Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. When asked what legacy she wants to leave, she shared, “I want to leave a legacy where I’ve helped to create a workforce ecosystem where all team members feel included and a true sense of belonging. I feel that my role has afforded me the opportunity to help with the continued development of a “for all” culture that is inclusive and sustainable. Toni earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Judson University and holds a DEI certification from Cornell University. Toni is a native Detroiter and loves following all Detroit sports as well as traveling, visiting botanical gardens and going home to Detroit to visit family & friends. She resides in a western suburb of Chicago with her son, Drew, and his 2.5-year-old yorkie.
