Whether she is coaching an executive, aligning a leadership team or designing a large group experience, she uniquely blends strategic insights, an understanding of organizational dynamics and a focus on performance.
Tina’s career journey has taken her from serving as a professor of industrial relations at McGill University in Montreal and operating as the senior manager heading the federal program evaluation practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Canada, to her current role as founding Principal of Centauric, headquartered in Southern California and serving clients globally. Along the way, Tina has worked with leaders in a range of businesses including Deloitte, Dimensional Fund Advisors, CBRE, Chubb Insurance, HP, and TD Bank.
Tina earned her doctorate in Organizational Sociology and went on to complete post-graduate certifications in International Organization Systems Development and Coaching.
