Theresa Duncan is the Senior Manager of Corporate Events for Kubota Tractor Corporation, where she is responsible for the strategy and planning of the company’s annual dealer conference, internal sales meetings, Dealer Advisory Boards, international incentive trip, and other special events. She also leads the integration of “the Kubota Way” core values into all event communications.
