Sylwia Rybak

As a trainer Sylwia works in areas such as: management and team building, leadership, motivating, problem solving and conflict management, creativity and innovation as well as the use of Transactional Analysis in management. He also conducts workshops on building mental toughness for leaders and creating resilient teams and organizations

As a coach, Sylwia supports clients in building their mental toughness, going through changes, also conducts team coaching and Action Learning (group coaching).

Advisory and development projects implemented by Sylwia include: Assessment / Development Center, implementation of development projects, integration workshops, facilitation and moderation of workshops in the process of implementing changes.
