Katie Bohrer, CMP, founder of Onwardly, is an events specialist, consultant, energy generator, and experience designer based in Nashville, Tennessee. With several decades in the events industry, Katie is sought out by clients from around the world for her unparalleled expertise and creativity. She specializes in bringing stories to life through events for mission-driven organizations, corporations, and companies.
After getting her start at conglomerate Gaylord Entertainment in her early twenties, Katie went on to work for other companies around the country in leadership positions including Groups360, Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), and MGM Resorts.
Her passion for creating events driven by her artistic, entrepreneurial, and altruistic spirit led her to found her own consulting and experience design agency, Onwardly, in 2021. Since branching off on her own, Bohrer has attracted a wide array of mission-driven clients who resonate with her ability to weave a specific cause into a chic, complex, and commemorative affair. She also continues to speak on a global level and consult on impactful topics in the events industry consistently pouring into fellow event professionals and supporting them on leveling up their abilities personally and in their current roles.
