İdil Türkmenoğlu

İdil Türkmenoğlu has been working for 25 years in human resources, organization development and sustainability for two major conglomerates, Dogus and Boyner Groups. Her last position before she turned to freelancing in 2018 was ex-co member and vice president for Boyner Group, responsible for human resources, communications and sustainability.

İdil holds a management degree from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey, and has participated in the “Positive Organizational Scholarship” studies at the University of Michigan. She completed graduate studies in psychology at Istanbul Commerce University.
