Cornelius A. Henderson is an experienced learning and development executive with a proven track record of success in designing and delivering impactful training programs. He possesses expertise in leading the development of enterprise-wide initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) training that fosters an inclusive leadership culture. Currently, he is the Leadership Development Manager at Penn Entertainment, North America’s largest gaming and entertainment company. In his many roles during his career, he has demonstrated the ability to create and manage comprehensive personal and professional development programs, such as Penn Entertainment's Emerging Leader Program, empowering individuals to advance into leadership roles.
He is a graduate of Purdue University with a BA degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and holds a MS degree in Non-Profit Management from Spertus University. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., active with the Purdue Black Alumni Organization, and a community volunteer in the Northwest Indiana area where he resides. In his spare time, he is a husband, father to seven, and an avid football fan.
