Caitlin Gaborow CMP, CMM

Caitlin is a Project Manager at Delaney Event Management, a woman-owned meeting planning

firm headquartered in Burlington, VT. She has worked in the hospitality and events industry for

nearly 20 years and has experience on both planner and supplier sides of the business,

although planning and client management is where she finds the most joy. A lifelong learner,

she is constantly pursuing new education and certification opportunities, as well as working to

give back to the industry through volunteering. She is a former Chapter President for the MPI

Upstate NY Chapter and currently serves in two MPI Global-level volunteer positions, on both

the Emerging Professionals Advisory Council and the Event Program Review Advisory Board.
