Annika Clutch is the Global Sales Director at Hosts Global, where she connects clients and

planners with premier destination management experts across the world. Her career journey

spans continents and sectors - from launching her hospitality career in Germany to making bold

transitions across third-party agencies, corporate planning roles, DMCs, and luxury hotels.

Before joining Hosts, Annika spent nearly 14 years at a major candy company as their Corporate

Events Director. Currently, Annika serves on the Board of Directors for SITE Southeast USA as

their VP Events & Education. With a deep understanding of both planner and partner

perspectives, Annika brings insight, empathy, and strategic vision to every role she takes on.

She’s passionate about helping others embrace change and discover the unexpected

opportunities that career pivots can bring.
